Benjamin and Kraemer Join Tanner Friedman Internship Program

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - Amanda Benjamin and Wibke Kraemer have joined Tanner Friedman, a strategic communications and public relations agency, as interns for the winter of 2010.
With the firm, Benjamin and Kraemer, both seniors at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Mich., will be involved in a wide range of public relations and marketing initiatives including media relations, writing and event planning.
Benjamin will graduate in May 2010 with a bachelor's degree in journalism and minor in communication with a concentration in public relations. She currently serves as a marketing assistant for the Pawley Learning Institute and peer mentor for the Center for Multicultural Initiatives at Oakland University. She is also a marketing intern at the school's student run newspaper, The Oakland Post.
Kraemer has a degree in business from Germany and previously worked as marketing coordinator for an international automotive supplier in Troy, Mich. and Homburg, Germany. She will graduate in May 2010 with a bachelor's degree in integrative studies with an emphasis on journalism and public relations. During her time at Oakland University, she served as Web editor for The Oakland Post and also interned at Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., where she launched the Institute's social media efforts.
