Tanner Friedman Founders serve as Panelists for Automation Alley's "Accelerate 2011: Learning, Connecting, Growing." Conference

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - Tanner Friedman Strategic Communications' founders Don Tanner and Matt Friedman were selected to serve as panelists for Automation Alley's inaugural all-day conference and expo, "Accelerate 2011: Learning, Connecting, Growing."
Panelists for the conference were selected by Automation Alley's Business Growth Committee. The expo was held Tuesday, Jan. 25 at the Centerpoint Marriott in Auburn Hills.
Tanner lent his expertise in new media during the breakout session, "Beyond the Noise-The Most Effective Social Media Tools" with Vision Fuel Media's Jason Ryan. He answered questions and relayed useful tips and information regarding the newest mediums in the industry.
Friedman participated on the panel for "How to Think Differently in a Down Economy," also including panelists Kirk Armstrong of Gerry Weinberg and Associates and Dan Minkus of Clark Hill. The panel discussed how to think differently about sales, communications and legal/governmental requirements in a tough economy. Friedman also focused on exploring new approaches to business communications.
The all-day conference offered Automation Alley members as well as those from throughout the Southeast Michigan business community the opportunity to connect with other local business leaders and learn applicable skills designed to promote successful business strategies and growth.
