Tanner Friedman Awarded Marcom Gold statue for “My Favorite vinyl” Radio Show

Farmington Hills, Mich./Champaign, IL. (October 24) – MarCom, awarding excellence in marketing, branding, and communications each year among dozens of categories across an international spectrum, has honored Tanner Friedman Strategic Communications with a Gold award for its weekly radio show on WEFT-FM Radio, “My Favorite Vinyl with Don Tanner.”

The program combines public affairs with music and features a wide range of guests in the civic, education, nonprofit, artistic and retail realms. Hosted by Don Tanner and airing every Monday morning from 8a-9a central on the community radio station, the show is also videotaped for YouTube.

MarCom is administered by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP). The international organization, founded in 1995, consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital and web professionals. AMCP administers recognition programs, provided judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the community.
